Disharthi is for students in Class 8 to 12. If you are under 18, we ask a parent or guardian to give consent, and your account is not activated until they do.
Progress you can see
Your parent dashboard will show their results, plan and weekly goal, plus weekly notes that name topics, and your child sees those notes too. Their chats with Darsh won't show in your account or data download. Anyone with your child's password can read them, including you if you reset it.

If something your child tells Darsh may point to self-harm, Darsh is built to show them a helpline and alert you. It can miss things, so it doesn't replace you or a professional.

What does joining the waitlist do?
We keep your name, email and whether you are a student, parent or teacher, and email you when Disharthi launches. We use your email only for launch news. No account is created.
What will it cost?
The interest test will be free, and a free account will show its full result. We haven't set the price of the full assessment yet. You'll see the full price, including GST, before you pay anything.
Does Disharthi choose a career for me?
No. It shows you where your own answers point and explains how it got there; the deciding is still yours. What you get is a spread of directions to explore, with things to check before you commit to any of them.
How is this different from asking ChatGPT?
A general chatbot doesn't know your results. Darsh, the AI guide in Disharthi, can see your results and plan, so its answers are about you. The careers in your report are picked by a fixed rule, not by a language model, so the same answers give the same order against the same career list.
Do I have to finish it in one sitting?
No. Your answers are saved as you go and the assessment reopens where you left off. The aptitude section is the exception: once you start it, its countdown runs.

Disharthi is for students in Class 8 to 12. If you are under 18, we ask a parent or guardian to give consent, and your account is not activated until they do.
Who sees my answers?
A parent or guardian sees your results, plan, weekly goal and weekly notes that name topics. Your chats with Darsh don't show in their account or data download. Anyone with your password can read them, including a parent or guardian who resets it. What your assessment produces goes to third-party AI providers, which write parts of your report. What you type or say to Darsh and documents you upload go to them too, so it can reply, and Darsh's searches of official websites go to a search provider.
